Our History In 1998, David Dahan realized that there was a lack of upscale kosher catering in Washington, D.C., and decided to enter the market. A native of the culinary world, David applied his French training and Moroccan heritage to the creation of innovative kosher cuisine. Since his arrival in the Washington market, David has set a new standard for kosher cuisine and has catered events all over the Washington area, including events at top hotels and a full-scale dinner in the State Room of the White House.
